Design and construction of a system for sterile batch production consisting of a CIP unit with central control, the option of cleaning and sterilizing various mobile vessels and mobile batch vessels.

The mobile vessels are recognized by the automation at the cleaning and sterilization station or at several stirring stations via their own IP address. They are controlled via an HMI in the clean room and the touch panels on the vessels or via the controller on the CIP system in the technical room. PLANT FOR mRNA API PRODUCTION

Design and manufacture of a pharmaceutical line for mRNA active ingredient production. The line consists of a stationary vessel on a skid, several mobile vessels and a CIP unit with central control.

The mobile vessels are recognized by the automation system at the cleaning station or at several stirring stations via their own IP address. They are controlled via an HMI in the cleanroom or via the HMI of the controller on the CIP system. Including design, construction, installation, start-up and qualification (DQ, IQ, OQ) of the system.

BIOTECH PLANTS

Conception, design and construction of a pharmaceutical plant incl. P&ID, 3D design of the entire plant incl. piping. The plant consists of 15 vessels and a CIP unit. Built on 7 skids in 3 rooms including the piping of the plant on site. 

Particular emphasis was placed on the cleanability of the system and the product piping. The system was designed in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED), Machinery Directive (MD) and ATEX Directive (ATEX). Including start-up and qualification (DQ, IQ, OQ) of the system.

CIP / SIP UNITS

Design, construction and manufacture of CIP units for cleaning (CIP) and sterilizing (SIP) vessels or equipment components. Stationary or mobile CIP units in the clean room or technical area.

Prefabrication on a skid. Installation, start-up and training at the customer's premises. Qualification (DQ, IQ, OQ) of the system is optional.
