PRODUCTION PLANNING AT RAFF + GRUND
Experienced technicians and master craftsman in the production planning department (AV) are responsible for economical, technically high-quality and fast order processing. Several workstations with the SolidWorks © 3D CAD system, 3D sheet metal bending programs and state of the art nesting programs are available for the production planning.
Our employees contribute their extensive sheet metalworking experience, in order to produce optimum completion of sheet metal parts from every design, whether it is prepared by you or by Raff + Grund. Nested programs ensure ideal use of the blanks and therefore economic use of the sheet metal panels. The data produced is transferred to our laser cutting machine or folding press by means of a data cable. Whether rounded, folded, beaded or otherwise shaped sheet metal parts are required, our production planning ensures that dimensionally accurate and economically cut stainless steel sheets are available in the production department.
