Raff + Grund can also supply canted sheet metal parts or profiles as a subcontractor. The blanks are cut to size on our Trumpf Trumatic 3030 laser cutting machine with 4kW laser power and are then folded on our Trumpf Trumabend V170 folding press with 4m edge length and bending angle sensor system for precise and accurate repeatable folding or on our EHT folding press with 3m edge length. A radial bending machine with 3m bending length, as well as diverse sheet metal rollers, flanging presses and flat grinding machines round off our machinery.
We keep stainless steel qualities 1.4301 and 1.4404 with sheet thicknesses of 1mm to 15mm in stock to ensure short delivery periods. Diverse surface finishes are possible such as pickled and passivated, ground, glass bead blasted, bright polished or electropolished.
